Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website is run by NP Crazy Comps ([business name and address to be added]). We are the data controller for the information described here. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number [to be added].
What we collect
This website only shows our competitions. Entries are made by message on Instagram or WhatsApp, so most of the information we hold comes from those conversations:
- your name and the account or phone number you message us from
- the competition, the numbers you choose and your answer to the entry question
- confirmation of payment, and a delivery or contact detail if you win
If you email us we also keep your email address and what you send us.
Why we use it
- to run your entry and keep a record of which numbers are taken
- to check entry question answers
- to contact winners and arrange prizes
- to keep records we are required to keep, and to deal with complaints
We use it because it is needed to carry out your entry, and because we have a legitimate interest in running fair competitions and keeping proper records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Messages pass through Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook (Meta), and this website is hosted by Shopify. Those companies handle data under their own privacy policies. We may share winner details where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep entry records for [period to be confirmed] after each competition ends, then delete or anonymise them.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to make it work. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Message us or email npcrazycomps@outlook.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
